Mr. Kadiri, Managing Director and CEO, graduated from The Polytechnic Ibadan. He began at Graphicorp Limited in 2002 as a Marketing Executive and became Head of Operations in 2004. In 2007, he co-founded Sylma Sign Limited. He leads the company’s strategic growth and development efforts, positioning it as a leader in signage production and branding across West Africa.
Mrs. Lola holds a BSc in Biochemistry (2002) and an MSc in Environmental Resource Management (2012) from Lagos State University. She also holds certifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Awareness, and Risk Assessment from British International Safety Organisation. With years of HR and HSE experience in logistics, health, and manufacturing, she contributes to Sylma’s operational excellence and employee well-being.
Mr. Lawal Fatai started in the signage industry in 2001 with Rosaab Industrial Signs. Between 2003 and 2007, he served as Production Manager at Graphicorp and Sign-A-Rama. He joined Sylma Sign in 2007 as Head of Operations. With over fifteen years of experience in signage production and installation, he brings hands-on expertise to ensure quality execution and client satisfaction.
